Consultant needed: Financial Sustainability Model for SourceUp and JAN
IDH is seeking a qualified consultant to design a robust financial sustainability model for SourceUp and the Jurisdictional Action Network (JAN), two public good platforms that connect companies, landscape initiatives, and stakeholders driving sustainable production at scale.
This assignment will identify how different user groups derive value from the platforms and translate that into feasible, equitable revenue mechanisms. The scope covers, but is not limited to, user segmentation and cost structure analysis, revenue model development and benchmarking, stakeholder research and willingness-to-pay validation, and a practical go-to-market strategy and financial roadmap.
