Terms of Reference: Endline Evaluation of Beyond Chocolate Program
We're excited to announce the release of the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the upcoming endline evaluation of the Beyond Chocolate Program. This evaluation is designed to assess the Beyond Chocolate Program's progress since 2018, focusing on its ability to help signatories achieve zero deforestation in Belgian-linked cocoa supply chains by 2025 and a living income by 2030. It also evaluates IDH's effectiveness as a facilitator and coordinator, considering external factors and partner contributions, and assess the overall sustainability effects of the combined interventions.
The ToR details the full scope of the evaluation, including the objectives and proposed evaluation questions, key deliverables, timelines, and guidance on utilising the accompanying annexes.
We encourage all interested and qualified parties to thoroughly review these documents and apply.
