Momentum on living wages and living incomes is building. Expectations are rising. Now the key question is how we deliver them, credibly and at scale.

Join us for the Living Wage and Living Income Summit 2026, where we will bring together attendees from over 200 companies from across the value chain, from retail to brands, to processors and traders, to producers and farmers.

What to expect

Through practical workshops and trainings with high interaction between subject matter experts, frontrunning companies and companies earlier on in their journey, the summit will create a shared space between companies, investors, civil society, worker representatives, farmers, and policy makers to turn commitment into action.

Following a highly participatory 2024 Summit, this is the go-to place for ample networking opportunities for organisations ready to take the next step towards operationalising living wages and incomes in their global value chains.

We hope you’ll join the conversation.

IDH and UN Global Compact Living Wage and Living Income work

To support companies’ efforts to close living wage gaps, IDH developed the Living Wage Roadmap. This has led to clear steps with practical tools through which companies can progress from measuring to action. IDH’s Living Income Roadmap helps companies, along with other stakeholders, take ambitious, aligned actions to close farming households' living income gaps.

UN Global Compact's Forward Faster Initiative calls on business leaders to take measurable, credible and ambitious action in five areas. Companies commit to the targets and report on progress annually to the UN Global Compact.
