Terms of Reference: Aggregator Scouting and Opportunity Assessment (Brazil)

IDH is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive scouting and opportunity assessment of territorial agricultural aggregators in Brazil's Cerrado and Amazon regions. This assignment will map and evaluate regional intermediaries that integrate producers into climate-smart, deforestation-free value chains, assessing their operational capacity, sustainability practices, and potential for long-term engagement and investment. The consultant will identify promising aggregator entities, evaluate their bankability and investment readiness, and shortlist candidates for the &Green Fund's pipeline in Brazil. 

Applicants with demonstrated experience in landscape supply chains, climate-smart agriculture, rural aggregation models, and strong knowledge of Brazil's agribusiness ecosystem should submit proposals to Luiz Almeida (almeida@idhtrade.org) and Pilar Jimenez (jimenez@idhtrade.org) by June 5th, 2025 at 18:00 CEST.
