Operating in Brazil since 2009, we have active programs in soy, cotton, and beef in the states of Mato Grosso, Maranhão, Pará, Paraíba, Pernambuco and Rio Grande do Norte.
Transformative landscape approaches are our strength. We are proud to take a leading role in the Sustainable Production of Calves Program, a transformative strategy seeking to improve the business of smallholder farmers in the states of Mato Grosso and Pará while also reducing deforestation. We are also supporting the Produce, Conserve and Include Strategy in Mato Grosso state, one of the largest global efforts to mitigate climate change implemented by a sub-national state, through a landscape-based model.
We believe that systemic problems require integrated solutions. That is why we focus on multi-stakeholder collaboration, building strong partnerships, implementing collective governance models, and designing transformative solutions.
