Terms of Reference: Communications Production Consultant for SourceUp and Landscapes Program

Introduction

IDH is seeking a communications production consultant to support the visibility and engagement of its landscapes program, the SourceUp platform, and the Jurisdictional Action Network (JAN). This assignment will contribute to the strategic communications goals of IDH by delivering high-quality design, branding, and event production outputs.

IDH and SourceUp are preparing for a period of increased visibility and stakeholder engagement in the second half of 2025. To fulfil workplans for milestones including the Innovation Forum and the adoption of JAN by SourceUp, external production support is needed to deliver impactful communications materials and experiences.

Assignment Objectives

With this ToR, IDH aims to select a consultant to:

Develop and execute a brand activation plan for the Innovation Forum
Oversee the design and setup of a branded virtual reality display
Coordinate a photography production project across 10 landscapes
Produce graphic assets for the Jurisdictional Action Network (JAN)
Conduct a comprehensive audit of the JA Resource Hub website
Plan and execute two branded webinars for JAN

The consultant will work closely with SourceUp’s Communications Manager, IDH’s Senior Communications Manager, and Brand Manager to ensure alignment with branding, timelines, and communications priorities.

Deliverables

The deliverables of this assignment include:

Brand activation materials for the Innovation Forum (October 2025)
Branded display for virtual reality goggles (October 2025)
Landscape photography collection from selected geographies (November 2025)
Graphic assets for JAN (November 2025)
Website audit of the JA Resource Hub (September 2025)
Two fully branded JAN webinars (October and December 2025)
