Fostering collaboration to accelerate sustainability in the cocoa industry
Côte d'Ivoire's cocoa sector not only crucial to global cocoa supply, but also to the nation’s economy. Our team is dedicated to aligning economic progress with ecological integrity and social responsibility.
Since 2013, we have been fostering public-private collaboration to contribute to ending cocoa-related deforestation (The Cocoa & Forests Initiative - CFI), to improving cocoa farmers livelihoods (Cocoaperation) while accelerating the implementation of landscape approaches (Initiative for Sustainable Landscapes - ISLA) to increase sustainable production of cocoa and other agricultural products, protect and restore forests and enhance social inclusion.
Our team’s expertise in agro-economics, living income, climate and forest governance is a cornerstone of our success.
