Terms of Reference: Consultancy to develop Better Job training content and materials

IDH is developing a comprehensive Better Jobs training program for its staff, aimed at building internal knowledge and skills on topics related to decent work, labour, and employment. To support this, we are looking for a service provider to help design and develop high-quality training content and materials.
The training will cover a wide range of themes, including best practices and emerging trends in decent work, and will be relevant across various sectors—from smallholder agriculture and the informal economy to manufacturing and the formal sector. The materials must be inclusive, practical, and adaptable to different audiences and delivery formats, including both in-person and online sessions.The selected provider will collaborate closely with IDH’s Better Jobs team and contribute expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and digital learning tools. Prior experience in developing engaging, effective training content is essential.
The assignment focuses on supporting the development of content and materials for three Better Jobs training modules. Providers must ensure that the training is aligned with IDH’s goals, organisational priorities, and global labour trends.
