Terms of Reference: Engagement of consultant for development of Training content and Training plans for Tea, Coffee and Spices Value Chains on regenerative agriculture
IDH is committed to accelerating sustainable trade by forming impactful coalitions among businesses, civil society, governments, knowledge institutions, and various stakeholders across commodity sectors. In partnership with the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), IDH aims to promote sustainable agricultural practices and improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers in India. A critical aspect of this collaboration involves creating visually engaging materials to effectively communicate the benefits and methodologies of regenerative agriculture practices.
The primary objectives of this assignment are:
- To convert the package of Practices (PoPs) developed on Tea, Coffee, and Spices value chains into visually appealing and informative training content suiting diverse audience requirements.
- To design and produce high-quality visual training materials, including infographics, Playbook, Webinar Content, Handouts, Technical Bulletins, brochures, and booklets.
- To assess training requirements and tailor a detailed training plan to disseminate the PoPs to women farmers of each region.
- To ensure the materials are tailored for diverse audiences, including farmers, agricultural officials, and community stakeholders.
- To enhance the overall presentation of developed resource materials.
