Terms of Reference: Hiring of Master Trainer for Capacity Building on Regenerative Agriculture Practices
IDH is dedicated to promoting sustainable trade through collaboration with companies, civil society, governments, and various stakeholders. A core focus of IDH’s mission is to enhance the livelihoods of smallholder farmers by encouraging the adoption of regenerative agriculture practices.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), IDH seeks to foster sustainable agricultural practices and improve the income and resilience of smallholder farmers in India. To achieve this, there is a need to engage a master trainer who can provide targeted training and capacity-building sessions on regenerative agriculture practices in selected districts/blocks of Madhya Pradesh, Assam, and Karnataka on Spices, Tea, and Coffee value chains.
The primary objectives of this assignment are:
- To provide expert training on regenerative agriculture practices tailored to various stakeholders, including farmers, community resource persons (CRPs), and officials from NRLM/SRLM.
- To build the capacity of trainers by conducting Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions, enhancing their skills in delivering training on regenerative practices.
- To facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development through participatory and practical training methods.
